Who is part of your Tribe? It's a question that I needed to stop and ask myself. My entrepreneurial journey has definitely been unique and as a woman in her late thirties I was searching for meaningful connections. I first met Jeanette Schneider at a women empowerment conference. She was the moderator of a panel and I fell in love with her instantly. Not only was she polished, poised and intelligent, she shared my love of statistics. Of course I had to meet her and introduce myself. It's been one of the best decisions I ever made. That chance encounter led to me being on Jeanette podcast and literally the rest is history. I've been amazed at how she had been able to thrive during this pandemic and I was the first in line when she created her new mentoring program The Gold Circle. I'm so grateful for her counsel and continued encouragement. I feel that the exponential growth I have had in my professional life is directly related to being part of a "tribe" that I know will support and nurture me. I'm looking forward to our continued success and expanding our circle of powerhouse women.
